Celia Scoggins has a robust background in healthcare operations, currently serving as the Director of Ambulatory Operations at UCR Health since February 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Director of Scheduling & Registration at City of Hope from March 2013 to February 2019, Practice Plan Director at UCI Health from May 2011 to March 2013, and Director of Clinical Operations at UCLA Health from October 2001 to May 2011. Celia Scoggins holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management with an Emphasis on Organizational Leadership from University College - Azusa Pacific University and is expected to graduate with a Master's Degree in Healthcare Leadership from Western Governors University in December 2021.
