Rosalie Palmejar currently serves as the Systems and Methods Department Head at UCPB Savings Bank since June 2023, after holding the position of Employee Relations Department Head at ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance from October 2022 to May 2023. Previously, Rosalie has extensive experience in Human Resources, having worked at UCPB Savings Bank in various roles including Head of Human Resources, HR Officer, and Recruitment Officer from May 2017 to August 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Malayan Bank overseeing the Talent Management Section, Kittelson and Carpo Consulting as a Recruitment Specialist, and roles in HR support and recruitment at multiple organizations such as Genpact Philippines and Accenture. Rosalie holds a BS in Psychology, AB in Guidance and Counseling, and a BS in Commerce with a major in Human Resource Management from St. Scholastica's College and is currently pursuing an MS in Human Development Psychology at De La Salle University.
