Christophe BICHON serves as the Directeur Régional des Projets de Développements at UCPA since June 2016, focusing on territorial development strategy and managing public and private operations in the Atlantic, Pyrenees, and Antilles regions. Previously, Christophe held various leadership roles within UCPA, including Directeur Multisite at Bombannes, where management of teams and financial administration was key, and Directeur du Centre Equestre Municipal, responsible for sports facility management and developing new offerings. Engagements at Ti Pacto as a Freelance Consultant and multiple roles informed by significant experience in youth education and event coordination further highlight Christophe’s expertise in project management and team leadership. Education credentials include a Master's degree from Audencia and various qualifications in management and sports education.
