Jordan McDonald

Jordan McDonald, MS, RD, has extensive experience in clinical nutrition and foodservice management. Currently serving as Clinical Nutrition Manager at Morrison Healthcare since August 2015, Jordan has held multiple roles including Lead Clinical Dietitian and Ketogenic Dietitian. Prior professional experience includes positions as Dietetic Intern at Lewis Gale Medical Center, and various roles in the restaurant industry at 419 West Restaurant and Billy's Restaurant, where Jordan progressed from hostess to lead server, taking on responsibilities such as training new employees and managing VIP customer service. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Radford University and a Master's degree in Nutrition and Food Systems from the University of Kentucky.
