Dee Komaromi, CPA, serves as a Senior Manager at CyberGuard Compliance, LLP since October 2020, specializing in SOC 1 and SOC 2, SSPA, HIPAA/HITRUST, DMF, and FDA CFR Part 11. Additionally, Dee has been the Lead Instructor of Internal Audit at UCLA since January 2016, where the focus is on the internal audit profession, including governance, risk, control issues, and practical skills for various accounting and auditing professionals. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of SOC and Attestation Services at A-LIGN and Supervisor Risk Management Consultant at RSM US LLP, encompassing management of SOX compliance engagements and IT risk assessments for financial service clients.
