Andre Najera is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at UCLA since December 2006, Andre specializes in managing Enterprise Messaging services, leading email migration projects, and maintaining backup systems. Previously, from November 2005 to December 2006, Andre worked as an IT Consultant at Techmedics, where support was provided for Blackberry and network infrastructure in small to mid-size businesses. Andre began their career as a Network Administrator and Desktop Support Specialist at TelePacific Communications and Sempra Energy, respectively. Educated with a Master’s degree in Information Systems from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA, Andre combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of user needs.
