Kelly Poltrack is currently the Director of Clinical Operations in Internal Medicine at UC Health. Previously, Kelly held positions such as Director of Primary Care and Practice Manager at Margaret Mary Health. With experience in process improvement, as a Lean Facilitator, and as an Executive Director, Kelly has managed operations for primary care practices and led teams in various healthcare settings. With a background in fraud detection at Capital One and experience as a U.S. Naval Intelligence Officer, Kelly has a diverse skill set. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's in Health Administration from Purdue Global.
