Beth A. Smith has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Beth A. is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at UCC Environmental since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at UCC Environmental from April 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining UCC Environmental, Beth worked at Chief as a CHIEF Member, a private network aimed at empowering and advancing women executives. Beth A. started in August 2022 and continues to be associated with the organization.

Throughout their career, Beth has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, leadership development, employee communication, performance management, talent acquisition, and training.

Beth A. Smith's education history includes an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago. Prior to that, they obtained a BA degree in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
