Sandrine Vantomme has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Sandrine currently works at UCB as the Head of Devices & Delivery systems Portfolio Management and Industrial Strategy, where they drive the Programs Portfolio for Devices and Delivery Systems. Sandrine's previous roles also include Site Qualification Manager and Drug Substance Pilot Plant Manager at UCB, where they focused on establishing transversal organizations and managing resources to optimize manufacturing processes.

Before joining UCB, Sandrine gained experience as a Process Engineer at Umicore, where they led development projects and manufacturing process modeling in zinc metallurgy. Sandrine also provided technical support to the Group Business Units and plants.

Sandrine holds a degree in Process Engineering from UCLouvain - Université catholique de Louvain and has demonstrated expertise in manufacturing and industrial strategy throughout their career.
