Gordon Topping has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and project management within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Head of R&D Program and Project Management at UCB since September 2012. Previous roles at UCB included leadership positions in global project management and regulatory operations. Prior to UCB, Gordon worked at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included managing information strategy and compliance in regulatory affairs, with a focus on GxP inspections and global document management systems. Early career experience includes positions at GSK, where Gordon coordinated major submissions and improved regulatory processes. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Laws from The Open University, a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and English from Keele University.
