Francis Cogneau has extensive experience in warehouse and production management, currently serving as the Team Leader of the Spare Parts Warehouse at UCB since June 2002. In this role, Francis manages the storage and logistics of spare parts for the production machinery at the Braine L’Alleud campus, overseeing an administrative platform for purchasing these components. Prior to UCB, Francis worked at Arjowiggins from July 1982 to June 2002, where responsibilities included leading a team in transforming coils into semi-finished products and managing inter-site transport between locations in Belgium and the UK, as well as overseeing packaging line operations.
