Eric Lechien is an experienced leader in access, pricing, and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of Access/Pricing/Ext. Engagement Operational Excellence & Performance at UCB since May 2006. Key responsibilities include governance and execution of pricing processes aligned with patient value frameworks. Eric Lechien has held various senior positions at UCB, including VP of Supply Chain Systems, VP Head of Operational Excellence Europe, and Managing Director for Belgium. Prior experience includes finance roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Merck, and Solvay Pharmaceuticals, with a strong background in financial analysis and operations management. Eric Lechien holds an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University, an Executive Supply Chain degree from INSEAD, and a Master's in Finance from FUCAM.
