Tamara J. Pinckney, MBA, is a seasoned professional in human resources with a strong background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at UCare, Tamara also contributes as an advisor for ChangeEngine and is a member of the Advisory Board at the College of Business - Minnesota State University, Mankato. Previously, Tamara held positions as the AVP of Human Resources & Systems Operations and AVP of Human Resources at the Center for Economic Inclusion, as well as Co-Lead of the Travelers St. Paul Diversity Council and Director of HR Operations at Travelers. Tamara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College and an MBA in Management from Strayer University-Maryland.
