Brian Whitwam is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Sr. Manager of IT Quality & Solutions at UCare since April 2016, where leadership is provided to the Quality Solutions team and a testing center of excellence has been established. Prior to UCare, Brian held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Deluxe Corporation from April 2009 to April 2016, overseeing both onsite and offshore testing operations. Brian began the career as IT Manager for Software Quality Assurance at Harland Clarke from 1994 to 2008, where team development and methodology implementation were key responsibilities. Academically, Brian earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, complementing earlier education at Elk Mound High School.
