Beth Monsrud has worked in various roles in the healthcare industry. Beth started their career in 1997 as the Director of Health Plan Accounting at United Health Care. In 2000, they became the Controller at CIGNA Behavioral Health. In 2008, they joined UCare Minnesota as the Chief Financial Officer. Beth has held this position with UCare Minnesota since then.

Beth Monsrud completed their education at the University of North Dakota from 1984 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1984, they attended Rochester Community and Technical College and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
