Emma Loliya is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in communications, social media strategy, and customer service. Currently serving as Central Communications & Administrative Support for the State of North Dakota since August 2024, Emma previously worked as a Social Media Strategist at Off The Wall Advertising Inc. and held a position as a Jr. PM and Community Relations Intern at the Diversity Community Group. With a solid foundation in customer service from First International Bank & Trust, where Emma resolved numerous inquiries, and experience in sales operations at Alla Herbs, Emma has demonstrated effective communication and administrative skills throughout various roles. Emma earned a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead, complemented by studies in Business Management and Human Resources at Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
