Nancy Thompson has extensive experience in management and administration within the UCAN organization. Since July 2018, Nancy has served as Office Manager at UCAN-TPSN, overseeing a team of new employees, managing calendars, ordering supplies, and ensuring operational equipment is functional while facilitating onboarding processes. Prior to this, from June 1994 to July 2018, Nancy worked as an Administrative Assistant at UCAN-Teen Parenting Service Network, supporting a staff of 50 and familiarizing employees with the TPSN program's history. Earlier experience includes a role as a Supervisor at UCAN (Chicago) from April 1994 to June 1999, where Nancy focused on training staff to work with youth in care using trauma-informed practices. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Illinois State University, earned between 1984 and 1987.
