Jarrett Rodgers is a Senior HR Organizational Change Management Consultant at the University of California, Davis, since May 2021, holding a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Previous experience includes serving as Operations Department Manager at Kaiser Permanente from May 2007 to January 2021, managing over 65 staff members, and also taking roles such as SCAL Regional UBT Consultant where leadership support and facilitation for national and regional teams were key responsibilities.
