Daniel Tham possesses extensive experience in quality and safety management, currently serving as the Quality & Safety Manager at UBTS Pte Ltd since May 2010. Responsibilities include project identification to enhance productivity, implementation of ISO management systems, and providing comprehensive training programs. Previous roles include QHSE Manager at ASL Shipyard and Assistant Manager in Business Excellence at Toll Asia, where significant contributions were made to OHSAS and ISO systems. Earlier career experience includes quality control supervision at Philips Singapore. Daniel holds a 1st Class Honors degree in Engineering with Business Management from Coventry University, along with advanced diplomas in Quality Management and Industrial Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and Singapore Polytechnic, respectively.
