Simon Watts is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at UBT since August 2020, where responsibilities include providing strategic direction and operational support to drive employee engagement and talent development. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at Navitas, overseeing HR functions for the Group Development Office and the UP Division, and HR Project Consultant at Lend Lease. Simon has significant experience at Hewlett-Packard as Manager of Culture and Change and HR Business Development Consultant, as well as previous positions at EDS and the Australian Mines and Metals Association. Simon holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Economics from The Australian National University.
