Phil Ohana serves as the Global Head of Market Risk Audit at UBS since November 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing market risk audits globally, managing regulatory matters, and leading initiatives in Machine Learning to enhance detection processes. Prior to UBS, Phil held various senior roles at Morgan Stanley, including Executive Director, where Phil established global risk regulatory functions and managed market risk governance. Phil also served as Risk Chief Operating Officer for the Americas at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, where Phil ensured compliance with regulatory requirements and risk system adequacy. Phil's earlier experience includes roles in market risk management and quantitative development at both Societe Generale and Mercer. Phil holds an MBA in corporate and quantitative finance from NYU Stern School of Business and is currently a PhD candidate in Finance at Université Laval.
