Chantal Abresch has extensive experience in compliance, risk, and human resources management, currently serving as Chief of Staff Compliance at Credit Suisse since July 2005. In this role, Chantal oversees business management processes, communications, human capital management, and risk control with a focus on organizational transformation and simplification. Previously, Chantal held various leadership positions at Credit Suisse, including Head Human Resources Transformation and COO for both Risk & Finance IT and CRO IT, where responsibilities encompassed organizational development, workforce strategy, and vendor management. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Chantal gained valuable experience in quality management and consulting roles at Post Finance, HelvetiaPatria Versicherungen, and Perot Systems. Chantal's educational background includes a BA in Applied Linguistics from ZHAW Zurich University and a certification in Quality Management from the Swiss Association for Quality.
