Alexandra (Lexi) Kelly has a diverse professional background in human resources and significant experience in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as an HR Business Manager for Global Markets and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at UBS since August 2019, Lexi has also participated in a Human Resources Rotational Program, gaining experience in multiple HR domains. Prior to this role, Lexi worked as a Brand Ambassador for Sofar Sounds and served as a volunteer leader for the Endeavor program at Boston College. Early career experiences include internships at UBS and Dun & Bradstreet, as well as teaching assistance at Boston College. Lexi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology with a minor in Management & Leadership from Boston College, and attended Trinity College Dublin as a visiting student in 2018.
