Toyaisha White serves as the Time & Attendance Coordinator at UBS Arena since October 2021, where responsibilities include preparing for the arena's opening, maintaining accurate records of time and attendance through ABI software, and addressing payroll inquiries in collaboration with the Finance Department. In addition to supporting the Guest Experience team and managing the uniform inventory for 300+ team members, Toyaisha has developed a strong understanding of union contracts and staffing costs. Prior to this role, Toyaisha worked as the Operations Administration Coordinator at Coranet from July 2006 to October 2021, providing administrative support to project teams and managing essential office documents and client deliverables.
