Molly Payne is a Corporate Partnerships Manager for the Nashville Predators since June 2023 and simultaneously serves as a Senior Social Media Strategist at The WAY Social since August 2021. Previously, Molly held the position of Corporate Partnerships Manager with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs and also worked as a Social Media Assistant at Crystal Coast Brewing Company, where social media presence was strengthened. Early career roles included a Graduate Assistant in Leadership and Professional Development at Temple University and a Family Orientation Intern at NODA - The Association for Orientation, Transition, and Retention in Higher Education. Additional experience encompasses activation consulting for Red Card Cancer, serving as Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Susquehanna University, and internships at Bloomsburg University and the Philadelphia Union. Molly holds a Master's in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Communication Studies from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
