Luiz Paulo Cristofolini is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and risk management. Currently serving as a Venture Capital Associate Partner at Quartzo Capital since June 2024 and a Board Member at Audimo since June 2023, Luiz has previously held the position of Head of Funds Backoffice, Compliance & Risk at TM3 Capital from March 2019 to June 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Bradesco as an Analista de Precificação e Risco and Analista de mercado de capitais from October 2016 to June 2018, and as an Analista de operações at HSBC Global Banking and Markets from May 2015 to October 2016. Luiz holds a degree from Universidade Federal do Paraná, earned between 2014 and 2021.
