Rashid Rajab has a diverse work experience in the field of animation and graphic design. Rashid started their career in 2013 as a Graphic Designer at Ellar, where they worked for five months. In 2014, they joined Bright point as a Graphic Designer for a short-term position. In 2015, they worked at a Design Agency as a Graphic Designer. Later that year, they joined Ubongo as an Animation Coordinator and played a key role in Africa's leading edutainment company for eight years. In 2017, they also worked as an Animation Coordinator at Ubongo Learning. Rashid Rajab's most recent role is as the Visual Artist Manager at Ubongo, which they took on in 2023. Rashid'swork experience showcases their expertise in animation and design, as well as their dedication to promoting education in Africa.

Rashid Rajab has pursued various educational endeavors over the years. In 2008, they obtained a diploma in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Media one production where they earned a certificate in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects. In 2011 and 2012, they enrolled at the Institute of Finance and Management, where they successfully completed a diploma in Information Technology. Lastly, from 2013 to 2015, Rashid attended the Nairobi Institute of Technology and obtained a diploma in Animation and Digital multimedia.
