John Herrman has a comprehensive work experience in the engineering field. John started their career in 2014 as an Engineer at Able Services and worked there until 2017. John then joined ESCFederal as a Chief Engineer from 2017 to 2021. Following that, they worked as a Heating Air Conditioning Technician at Princeton Day School for a brief period of two months in 2021. In 2021, they returned to Able Services as a Chief Engineer and continued in that role until 2022. Currently, they are the Chief Engineer at UBM.

John Herrman attended Lincoln Tech from 1993 to 1994 and earned a diploma in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician.
