Ruben Dario Candia Parra has extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as Strategy & Ops Sr Head at UBITS since February 2021. Prior to this role, Ruben held several positions at Avianca from February 2017 to February 2021, including Revenue and Sales Performance Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing revenue forecasting models and analyzing customer impact during the Covid-19 pandemic. Ruben also worked as a Capacity Optimization Senior Analyst and Capacity Optimization Analyst, focusing on revenue growth and KPI management within Colombian domestic markets. Earlier, Ruben gained experience as a Project Management and Productivity Intern at Cencosud S.A. Ruben holds a Specialist degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, along with a technical degree in Accounting Operations from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
