Sarah Corros has an extensive career in enterprise transformation and project management, currently serving as Director of Enterprise Transformation and Head of IT Project Management and Administration at Ubiquity since November 2012. Prior experience includes leadership roles at TxVia Philippines, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Sarah managed customer service operations and fraud recovery teams. Additionally, valuable experience as a Customer Service Associate and Subject Matter Expert at Etelecare Global Solutions contributed to a strong foundation in training, coaching, and performance evaluation. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2003.
