Willis Chen has extensive experience in hardware engineering. Willis started their career with Moxa in 2015 as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, where they were responsible for developing L2 Ethernet switch products. Willis'srole involved various tasks such as architecture planning, circuit design, layout planning, signal measurement, and EMC testing. During their time at Moxa, they successfully completed multiple projects, including electronic change projects, customized projects, and new platform projects. Willis also evaluated the introduction of VDSL related products and integrated hardware test items and schedule. In 2021, Willis joined Ubiquiti Inc. as a Senior Hardware Engineer, where they currently hold the position.

Willis Chen received their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tamkang University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. After that, they went on to National Taipei University of Technology and obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in the field of study of electrical engineering, from 2013 to 2015.
