Wayne Chiu began their work experience in 2014 at the company "Bishikan." Wayne initially worked as a Hardware Engineer from February 2014 to November 2016. Wayne then took on the role of Senior Hardware Engineer from November 2016 to January 2023. Chiu's most recent position was as a Hardware Engineer at Ubiquiti Inc, which they started in January 2023.

Wayne Chiu obtained a Master's degree in Institute of Electrical and Control Engineering from National Chiao Tung University. Wayne completed this degree from 2009 to 2012. Prior to their Master's degree, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Department of Electronic Engineering from National United University, which they attended from 2004 to 2008.
