Viktoras Lipinskis has a diverse work experience in the field of programming and web development. Viktoras started their career in 2014 at Registr? centras as a Java Programmer, where they created and improved internal web apps for financial purposes and developed web application "PAS" using Java, Spring MVC framework, MyBatis ORM, PostgressSQL, and Maven. In 2015, they joined Alna Software as a Full Stack Programmer, responsible for maintaining and improving the web project JADIS, which included self-service applications and web services. In 2017, they moved to NoMagic Europe, where they worked as a Full Stack Programmer and contributed to the development of the web-based tool "Collaborator" for project management teams. From 2019 to 2020, Viktoras worked as a Frontend Web Developer at TeleSoftas, contributing to the development of the web-based network monitoring application PTC observerLIVE. Currently, they are working at Ubiquiti Inc. as a Frontend Web Developer.

Viktoras Lipinskis holds a Master's Degree in Informatics Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same university, attending from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Viktoras Lipinskis has also earned the certification of Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in April 2016.
