Tomáš Chmelař started working at Kerio Technologies in September 2007, where they held the position of Senior Software Engineer. Tomáš remained in this role until May 2017. In July 2017, they joined Ubiquiti Networks as a C++ Developer, and they are currently employed in this role.

Tomáš Chmelař obtained a degree of Inženýr (Ing.) in Distribuované systémy from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, where they pursued their education from 2002 to 2007.
