Klaymen Chang has worked as a Software Developer at Ubiquiti Networks since 2016. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2016, they held the position of Technical Deputy at VIVOTEK. In this role, they were responsible for product firmware maintenance and developing new products, particularly for ODM customers such as D-Link and Linksys (acquired by Cisco System). Klaymen also worked on projects with technical challenges.

Klaymen Chang completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science from Chung Yuan Christian University in the years 1999 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from National Chung Cheng University from 2003 to 2005.
