Jack Kay began their work experience in January 2022 at N. Brereton Medical Technologies, LLC as a UI/UX Designer. Jack stayed in this role until July 2022. In October 2022, Jack worked as a Freelance Web Designer, specializing in UI/UX until April 2023. Currently, they are employed at Ubiquiti Inc. as a Frontend Developer, starting in May 2023.

Jack Kay attended Washington State University from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in Digital Technology and Culture. Their field of study focused on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design.
