Ivan Tsai has a diverse range of work experience. In 2016, they interned as a Student Partner at Microsoft, where they promoted the company's latest technology and hosted tech gatherings. From 2017 to 2018, Ivan worked as a Project Engineer at InfoFab, Inc., developing new software for internal usage. During this time, they were responsible for front end development using Angular and .NET. In 2019, Ivan joined Adventrip Inc. as a Full Stack Engineer, where they worked on migrating from Gulp to React and solving performance issues caused by Google Map SDK and video streaming on mobile devices. Ivan then joined Canner in 2019 as a Back End Engineer, contributing to the development of their data virtualization software. Currently, Ivan is employed as a Full Stack Developer at Ubiquiti Inc., starting in 2023.

Ivan Tsai attended National Sun Yat-Sen University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Optoelectronic Engineering. In April 2019, they obtained a certification as a Mobile Web Specialist from Google Developers.
