Samantha Beavers is a seasoned professional in the field of food science and microbiology, currently serving as a Senior Spectroscopy Technician at UbiQD, Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Samantha worked as a Microbiologist with the Kansas Department of Agriculture, where laboratory work focused on testing for pathogenic bacteria in meat products. Previous experience includes serving as a Program Leader at the Boys & Girls Club of Manhattan and as a Dairy Scientist with the USDA-Agricultural Marketing Service, where analytical methods were employed to evaluate milk content. Samantha also gained foundational experience as a Formulations Intern at Schreiber Foods, conducting chemical analyses of processed cheese samples. Samantha holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Kansas State University.
