Charles Ho has over 13 years of experience in the information security industry. Charles began their career in 2006 as a System Engineer at DMX Technologies Group Ltd, where they were the Head of the Managed Security Services team. In 2008, they joined Symantec as a Senior Consultant, then moved up to Senior System Engineer, Senior Principal System Engineer, and Line of Business Manager for Managed Security Services. In 2014, they joined FireEye, Inc. as a Global Business Development Manager, then worked their way up to Director of Business Development and Alliance Operations. In 2017, they joined SonicWall Inc. as an APJ Strategic Partner Director and APJ Strategic Partner and GC Sales Director. In 2018, they joined Ubiq Security, Inc. as VP Sales and Business Development APAC. Most recently, in 2021, they joined SolCyber Managed Security Services as Head of Product.

Charles Ho attended Simon Fraser University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
