Mona Andrea Berge's work experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer at UBIQ Aerospace since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Bartender at Festiviteten Bar & Scene AS starting in May 2021. Additionally, they served as a Student Assistant at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology from August 2021 to December 2021. Mona Andrea also worked as a Posting Clerk at Posten Norge AS from June 2021 to December 2021, and as a Bartender at Sjøfront Skjenk AS from June 2021 to August 2021. From 2013 to 2020, they worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Løiten Lys. Mona also has a military service background as they served in the LUFTFORSVARET from April 2017 to April 2018. Lastly, they worked as a Retail Sales Associate at OK Spillebar from April 2016 to January 2018.

Mona Andrea Berge pursued their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2018 to 2023.
