Motoyuki OKI, Ph.D. has worked in various roles in the field of data science and engineering. From 2021 to present, they have been employed as a Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer at Ubie. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist and a Data Scientist at LINE Corp. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Lead Data Scientist & Engineer at NTT Communications, where they developed R packages, Time Seres Digger, for exploratory analysis and Shiny application to annotate time series anomalies, as well as a Time Seres Anomaly Detection from Multiple Datasets and a Customer Experience Dashboard. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Visiting Researcher at NTT Communication Science Laboratories, researching event and anomaly detection on multiple time series data such SNS data and web accesses log etc. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Data Scientist and a Data Engineer at NTT Communications, developing a Dashboard for monitoring End-to-End Network Performance and a measurement system for end-to-end network performance. Motoyuki also took part in 6 times in IETF from 89th to 94th.

Motoyuki OKI, Ph.D. has an extensive educational background. In 2008, they obtained their 2nd grade of the Color Coordinator from Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Motoyuki also obtained their ITIL Foundation from EXIN in 2015. From 2011 to 2013, they obtained their Engineering Science, Master's degree from Osaka University, with a thesis titled Robustness Measure for Decision Rule Analysis. From 2015 to 2018, they obtained their Engineering Science, Ph.D. from Osaka University, with a thesis titled Approaches to the Utilization of Rules Induced from Datasets. In 2022, they obtained their Perform Foundational Data, ML, and AI Tasks in Google Cloud and Create and Manage Cloud Resources from Google Cloud Skills Boost.
