As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UbiDX since May 2021, Kate leads the development of a platform focused on precision prevention and disease management through real-time biochemical monitoring and AI-driven insights. Prior to UbiDX, Kate founded eQuility.net, assembling a diverse team to innovate non-drug technologies for neural modulation. Kate also co-founded MEDX Xelerator, a medical device and digital health incubator, and held senior roles at Intellectual Ventures, The Sharadin Group, Pacific Growth Equities, GKM, Preferred Capital Markets, and Roth Capital, where expertise in strategic advisory, business development, and investment in medical technologies and healthcare informatics was honed.
