Tim Fisher is a seasoned professional in product design and customer experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Design at Uber since September 2018, where Tim heads the product design team for the Driver platform. Prior to this role, Tim was Vice President of Customer Experience at Scansion Inc, a boutique strategy consulting firm, and held significant positions at Salesforce, Sequence, Smart Design LLC, MetaDesign, paper(media), Sapient, and Studio Archetype. With a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder, Tim has a proven track record of leading teams, driving innovation, and enhancing user experiences across various sectors.
