Tanvi Surti is a seasoned product management professional currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Uber, overseeing the Product team for Uber Direct and Connect since December 2024. Prior to this role, Tanvi co-founded and served as CEO of Luca, a retail pricing and promotional engine, from January 2023 to November 2024. Tanvi¡¯s previous experience at Uber includes positions as Group Product Manager for Driver Progression and Product Lead for Marketplace and Uber Pool, where significant achievements included enhancing driver retention and generating substantial cost savings. Earlier career highlights include a Senior Program Manager role at Microsoft leading the development of mobile translation apps and founding Chachii, a task service startup in Mumbai. Tanvi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Bryn Mawr College and has participated in Y Combinator since 2023.
