Sharif's expertise encompasses project management, process improvement, and strategic oversight in claims operations across multiple regions. Earlier in their career, Sharif worked at Direct Line Group and Madhouse Munchies, demonstrating a strong foundation in claims resolution and management. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a BSc in Information Systems with Business Management from the University of Westminster.
