Sean Kelly has extensive experience in customer operations and team leadership, primarily at Uber from July 2016 to the present, where roles have included Greenlight Manager for the Rest of the UK, Senior Customer Operations Team Lead, and Greenlight Team Lead overseeing city operations in Manchester, Sheffield, Dublin, and Belfast. Additionally, experience includes positions as Green Light Supervisor and Green Light Expert Lead on the South Coast, as well as a role as Uber Expert. Prior to Uber, Sean Kelly worked in artist management at DownForLife Music from March 2016 to September 2016 and spent eight years at O2 (Telefónica UK) from May 2008 to June 2016 as an O2 Guru.
