Jamie Martin is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Principal, Internal Talent Acquisition at Uber since August 2023. Previously, Jamie held the position of Principal, Talent Acquisition, Tech-DEI at Uber from June 2022 to June 2023. Prior to joining Uber, Jamie worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from January 2019 to May 2022, progressing through roles including Senior Diversity Recruiting Program Manager, Diversity Recruiting Program Manager, Channel Lead, and Recruiter. Jamie’s recruitment career began at MATRIX Resources, where tenure spanned from October 2012 to December 2018, culminating in the role of Permanent Placement Lead Recruiter. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication from Dallas Baptist University, completed in May 2005.
