Chloé Vos currently serves as the Customer Experience Program Leader for CommOps in the EMEA region at Uber, a position held since August 2024. Previously, Chloé worked at FreshBooks, where responsibilities included Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Sales Operations Manager between January 2022 and August 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Zivver as Operations Analyst and Customer Success Manager, and a return to Uber as Operations Analyst. Earlier career experiences encompass a Strategy Tax Trainee position at Stibbe and project management roles in translation and operations at various firms. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International and European Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam, a minor in International Business from Cardozo School of Law, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam.
