Bruno VERSTRAETE has extensive experience in customer success management and project management, particularly within the software and technology sectors. Since January 2012, Bruno has held multiple roles at Datanumia Groupe EDF, including Customer Success Manager, Run Project Management Officer, Lead Quality Analyst, and Quality Analyst, focusing on customer needs, communication between teams, incident management, and continuous service improvement. Prior to this, Bruno worked at Sopra Steria in various capacities, such as Mobile Application Project Manager and Project Manager, overseeing software development for betting terminals and mobile applications. Earlier career experience includes development and integration engineering roles at on-x groupe, contributing to automotive air conditioning control systems. Bruno holds a Master's degree in Measurement and Instrumentation in Industrial Environment from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering & Industrial IT from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France.
