Charandeep Kaur serves as the Global Head of Legal Operations at Uber since September 2024. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Juniper Networks from April 2016 to August 2024, where Charandeep held roles as Sr. Director of Legal Operations and Chief of Staff to the General Counsel, as well as Director of Operations. Charandeep was also active in the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) as a Regional Leader for the San Francisco Bay Area during two separate terms, from July 2018 to March 2020 and March 2022 to June 2023. Previous positions include Operations Manager for Legal & Compliance at Cisco, alongside early career roles as a Technology Operations Analyst at various companies and a Software Analyst at NIIT Technologies Limited. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Master of Arts in English Literature from Delhi University, a Professional Diploma in Computer Science from the National Institute of Information Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Delhi University.
